KS2 LIBRARY: STOCK

Over the course of the term, we have updated our library by being really selective about what books are in the KS2 library.  Staff have spent a significant amount of time curating the library stock so that we could see which areas we needed to resource. 

Many books have been re-located to subject specific collections or matched to our new wider-curriculum topics. 

Any older books or those that are slightly damaged have been removed from the library and re-purposed within our 'Own Books' library.  

SPRING 1: AR & READING CLOUD

Across the term, staff have spent 'beyond' hours ensuring that all books within the KS2 library are both AR stickered and also linked to our 'Reading Cloud' library system. 

Staff have had training with 'Accelerated Reader'.
