Times of the School Day

Gates open between 8.30am - 8.40am  Children are taken into the classrooms at 8.40am ready for their learning to start at 8.45am. This equates to 32.5 hours in school per week. 

Reception, Key Stage 1 & Key Stage 2

8.45am - 3.15pm with break at 10.30am until 10.45am and lunch is from 

12.15pm - 1.10pm

Reception have their lunch at 12.10pm until 1.05pm

At the end of the day gates open at 3.15pm - 3.25pm - please ensure you pick up your child promptly. 

All children must be supervised by their adult on the school site until they are taken into the school building by staff. Only Year 5 and Year 6, with permission slips signed by parents, can walk to and from school unaccompanied by an adult - this is to support their transition to Secondary School and learning to become more independent. 

Nursery 

Start at 8.45am and finish at 11.45am for those families with 15 hour codes and for those families with 30 hour codes, the school day is form 8:45am until 3:10pm. 

Star of the Week
On Friday mornings we have our Stars of the Week Celebration where our Star of the Week  are recognised every week, and other achievements and events are celebrated. Parents, carers and family members are welcome to join us in the hall from 8.50 a.m.

Stars Celebration takes place between 8.50a.m. - 9.20 a.m.
