Intake

At St Barts we offer termly intakes in Autumn, Spring and Summer with children being able to start once they have turned 3-years old.

How to apply for a nursery class place

Parents are advised to contact the school office at least a year before your child will start.  Parents/carers need to be aware that it does not matter how early an application is submitted, the place will be allocated against the school's selection criteria.

Parents/carers will be given a form to complete and information about how selection for a nursery class/school place is made. 

Nursery Sessions

We offer morning, afternoon and all-day session.  Timings are:

AM                       8:45am to 11:45am  

PM                       12:15pm to 3:10pm

All-day                  8:45am  to 3:10pm

Additional Hours/Non-Funded Hours Cost

For those families that are not entitled to the 30-hours funding, you can purchase additional hours at £5per hour.  A school lunch can also be booked at a cost of £2.80 per day.

IMPORTANT : Attending a nursery class at a specific school does not guarantee a place at the reception class at the same school.
