Times of the School Day

Gates open between 8.30 a.m. - 8.40 a.m.  Children are taken into the classrooms at 8.40 a.m. ready for their learning to start at 8.45 a.m.

Reception, Key Stage 1 & Key Stage 2

8.45am - 3.15pm with break at 10.25 a.m. until 10.40 a.m. and lunch is from 

12.15 p.m. - 1.10 p.m.

Reception have their lunch at 12.10 p.m. until 1.05 p.m.

At the end of the day gates open at 3.15 p.m. - 3.25 p.m. - please ensure you pick up your child promptly. 

All children must be supervised by their adult on the school site until they are taken into the school building by staff. Only Year 5 and Year 6, with permission slips signed by parents, can walk to and from school unaccompanied by an adult - this is to support their transition to Secondary School and learning to become more independent. 

Nursery 

Start at 8.45 a.m. and finish at 11.45 a.m.

On Mondays, Early Years have a library at the end of their school day for both Nursery and Reception parents to come in and choose a book with their chidlren to take home for the week. 

On Friday mornings we have our Stars of the Week Celebration where our Star of the Week and Values Champions are recognised every week, and other achievements and events are celebrated. Parents, carers and family members are welcome to join us in the hall from

8.50 a.m. Stars Celebration takes place between  8.50a.m. - 9.20 a.m.
